7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure) including a simple list of strikes, terrorist acts, war, transportation problems, supply or production, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental actions, legislative changes or natural disasters. In these cases or similar cases, either party shall have a reasonable time extension to comply with its obligations, however, if the circumstances last more than 60 days, either party has the right to terminate without compensation written notice.
