Transport Price

   - purchases above 130 €: FREE only in Spain Península.

   - Other purchases: Depends on the area, view conditions of purchase.

These amounts are automatically added to your order during the checkout process. So the total price (after selecting the payment and transport) include full transport fees, REQUIRING no extra cost.

Delivery Time

The deadline for shipping to mainland Spain is between 48 and 72 hours after shipment from our store. For Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the period is 2-4 days and 5-8 days to Canary. 

The overseas shipping term may vary between 2 and 10 days depending on the destination country.

How will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped to the address specified during the purchase by carrier during business hours and signature is required upon delivery.

When will I receive my order?

When your shipment is placed in the hands of the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification email.

My order has been sent but have not yet received

The carrier may have trouble finding your address or who has tried to make delivery when no one was home. In case there is a problem with delivery, us or the carrier we will contact you, so it is important to operating the phone provided in your account.
